Hih, I have had this issue too, but I am not ising an external
cynthesiser. I get interference on AM and short-wave with a radio next to
my desk here that my PC is on, but last night I was copying some traffic
on a local net on 2-meters, and on this repeater I have hit and miss
reception, but it is usually pretty good getting out and receiving, but
next to the computer last night I was really frustrated with it.
I noticed also when my dad picked me up for lunch today when he
had WJR Detroit on that is a really strong AM station when he pulled out
of the driveway there was lot of interference on his AM radio in his car,
and it happeneed that my power supply for my computer was on, and we were
passing my window. I don't know if the computer's power strip was the
culprit, but I suspect it might be.
When I copied my traffic last night like Isaid I had problems with
acknowleding on 2-meters though.
