When you look at the SAD and compare our past history, I don't think it's a
big issue and you're right about familial tendencies coming into play with a
lot of us, but once we've been paleo for a while I think it behooves us to
keep searching and tweaking until we're satisfied that we are taking in what
is best for us.  Personally, my yard stick of measure is how I feel.
