I had the test done about two and half years ago and only one food was
absolutely incorrect.  Turkey!  It's great for me.  Alcat tested +2. An
"iffy" result was blueberries.....  I try them periodically.... Oliva

After doing extensive self testing I had the ALCAT blood test done to
determine how accurate it was.  It was only about 70% accurate, and would
have kept me away from foods I feel great and lose weight on, like
grapefruit, and would have led me to believe that I could have eaten corn,
which gives me severe joint pain, had I believed it.
