Apparently stomach bypass surgery causes a reduction in appetite stimulating
hormones, which is what is responsible for the weight loss after surgery.

I thought I'd post this article since there has been some discussion on the
list about people who are still hungry even when eating a nutritionally
sound paleo diet.
