Thank you to everyone who replied to my question on whether tapioca
starch is the same thing as tapioca flour.  According to all of my
responses (and they were numerous - thank you!!), they are the same
thing.  Many responders also warned, though, that potato starch is NOT
the same as potato flour.

If any of my recipes turn out really well this weekend (this is
experimentation time), I will let you all know!  Thank you again!
