Maybe its not the hardware but perhaps the new windows xp that can't play
old games such as that.  From what I hear its definetly a different code
from previous versions of windows.  If anything I would dump xp and go with
98/ME and try to play the game, although it could be just a display driver
problem but considering it is a new machine I would look at win XP being the
prob.
