Hi all, I have a question about operating in the event of an emergency on
a non-ham frequency. I have a Motorola Expo here that I picked up from my
local police department, and I'll only have access to their conventional
freqs for a couple more weeks a they are getting ready to make the switch
to 800 MHz trunking. I think that when you are on a non-ham freq and you
have an emergency you just give your callsign and then say "break
right?
ALso, if anyone knows of any place that I can get 2-meter
frequency crystals for theExpo please let me know, and thanks in advance.
