Hello everyone!

I would like to ask everyone if they could help me with what they would recommend for parts for building a new PC.  I'm on a tight budget, but would like recommendations of quality products.  Here is the following I would like to include in a new PC:

CD-RW drive
DVD-ROM drive
4x AGP port
APG Video Card
128MB SDRAM
20-40 GB HD
100 ATA controller card

If anyone could recommend a good motherboard & processor speed/brand to compliment these components, I would appreciate it.  I would like everyone's thoughts on what brand names, etc would be good for the above listed components.
