I just thought I'd let everyone know that I am going to
Philadelphia to the N.F.B. convention.  I will be there from
Saturday June 30 until Sunday July 8.  If anyone who is going to
the N.F.B. convention would like to contact me while I am there, I

Now why would I go to Philadelphia given many of the stances I
have taken?  Well, for several reasons.  For one thing it is
probably the only chance I'll ever have to get to Philadelphia at
those hotel rates and I do want to see the city and its
historical sights or at least as many as I can.

Also, as one of the list members said on one of the lists I am
on, you can't fix an organization by leaving it, and if I get a
chance to get into the D.V.S. debate I will take it.  But I am
mainly going for the city as I am not optimistic about any
meaningful changes any time soon.  I feel like Daniel walking
into a lion's den as I feel many of the leaders may harass me and
be unfriendly to me but if that happens I think I can handle it.
Besides, there were no good fares left going to Des Moine from New
Orleans.
