Create a bootdisk, boot from that and format
get to c prompt. C:>
type cd windows
cd command
so it looks like this
c:\windows\command>
now type bootdisk
ensure you have a blank disk in the drive.
Follow the prompts on screen. After fisishing, restart computer with disk
in, now type format c:
