Hi everyone. I was just wondering what you all think is more user friendly
to someone who is blind using a spectrum analyzer. I am thinking of
acquiring either an old Coosman Analyzer that is basically just knobs, and
covers everything from 0-1 GHz. The other one is an older Motorola R-2200
Analyzer. This also coves from 0-1 GHz, and has a keypad for entering in
frequencies that is similar to one found on a microwave oven that could be
labeled. I don't know about the Cooshman but the R-2200 is in need of a
recalibration. Does anyone have any opinions one way or another on how
user friendly these are to someone who is blind? I know that both of these
analyzers have audio output so you can hear what is going on on the
frequency being displayed, and what you are tuned to. Any information
would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.
