Sara Lynn,
I don't know what range of movement you have at the moment with your back
pain or how often you'll be able to wash your towels but have you thought of
sitting on a towel to wipe yourself?  or you long cooking utensil (that
isn't sharp) that you'll never use for cooking again, wrap the toilet paper
around it and use that for place you may not be able to reach.
