Dear Sara Lynne,

For cleaning I use a "bidet"--a plastic "sitz" bath, very light weight,
looks like a wash pan, rests on rim of toilet bowl, soaks the bottom
parts.

Also see if you can find a sponge on plastic rod, sized for washing the
inside of glasses and cups.  That should help your reach and likely be
the right size to aid cleaning the tender parts.  I use it for arm pits,
sometimes legs and feet or midways.
