You didn't tell us what the operating system is, and that would be useful.

program is in conflict with your scanner.

I received the following error message:
"Hpprsclt has performed and illegal operation and will be
shut down." Checking the details I find that the program
apparently committed a "page fault" in module HP3300T.DLL
at 018f:Ole716d3. Can ANYONE please help me with this? Many
