At first, I ate equal amounts of beef and beef liver (total of 1 to 2 lb.per
day), from organically fed cattle whose diet is supplemented with grain. At
that time I was also eating 4 to 6 organic, free-range eggs per day

Now, I eat about 3 lb. of raw meat per week -- roughly equal amounts of 1)
beef, 2) beef liver, 3) chicken, 4) fish/seafood -- and about 10 eggs per
week. The beef and chicken are organic, but are fed some grains; the fish
is caught, not farmed, and never previously frozen.

> Raw bones or bone marrow?

No. I'd eat marrow if I could find it.

> Insects?

Only the ones the health inspector allows in the meat. I don't seek them
out.

> Much dried meat or fish?

None.

> Why don't you add any fat or oil, just wondering?

I don't eat any seeds, or their oils. They cause dark circles under my
eyes, fatigue, hoarseness, sniffles and an inability to concentrate.

When my fat intake is in the range of 15 to 20 percent, my energy, mental
abilities, and emotional state are at their peak. I can't tolerate *any*
cooked fat.
