Todd,
I eat only raw, unseasoned food. My LBM is 138 lb. and my weight is 167 lb.
I'm 6'1', with a small bone structure. For most of my life, I was
underweight -- 143 lb.
It's been my experience (with the other raw animal food (RAF) eaters that I
have known, all of whom have struggled with obesity) that weight will
regulate itself, on an all-raw, unseasoned diet. I've also observed that
the enjoyment of food and the satisfaction of hunger, on a raw food diet,
far exceeds the satisfaction of cravings, on a cooked and spiced regimen.
RAF supplies more protein per quantity ingested; in my experience, a given
amount of protein can be derived, in raw form, from about half of the
amount of meat/fish/fowl needed in cooked form. Also, it has less waste
material (and fewer "foreign molecules") ... and, probably, fewer calories.
