Try calling 425-635-7040 for Microsoft Support. I called there when my MS
Natural K/B broke both feet off of itself. They gave me a Cdn. number to
call, and within a few days I had a new K/B by UPS, I even got to keep the
old one (I put in some screws for feet!). They will ask you for the unit's
serial number and then tell you if it is under warranty or not.

You can always back to the reseller if the mouse is still under warranty.
That's the laziest way as I know (may not be the fastest).
