Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) is announcing its 2000 Annual Education
Conference to be held in Seattle, WA on May 6th and 7th, 2000 (Saturday and
Sunday).

An interactive Children / Teens Program is offered May 6th (Saturday).

Screenings are available for celiac disease Antibody and Genetic Screenings,
diabetes, and bone density.

Vendors will have Gluten Free Products to sample and buy

Continuing Education Credits for Dietitians, Physician's Assistants and
Nurses.


Speakers will include: Dr. Robert Shneidman, Dr. Alessio Fasano, M.D., Dr.
Cynthia Rudert, M.D., John Beak, R.Ph., Tom Gray, Dr. Linda Costarella, ND,
Dr. Don Kasards, Cynthia Kupper, C.R.D., Bette Hagman.

Kids/Teen's speakers include: Dr. Thomas W. Self, M.D., Gail Watts, ACSW,
Mary Kay Sharrett, R.D, Shari Saunderson. Teens helped plan this program that
includes a Pool Party.
