<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I would like to just say this and everyone it will have to be up to yourselfs. I volunteer 1 day aweek in a public school,3rd grade.I bring a lunch and eat with one little girl that needs extra attention. In her classroom there are about 25 kids with different problems. One boy has cerebal palsy and needs to use a wheel chair,3 boys all have speech problems, one boy is deaf and needs to have a teacher signing all the time for him,one little boy has celiac disease. The teacher has done well in explaining everyones problems. There is no teasing or making fun of any of the children that has a problem.Today was a thanksgiving feast at school and I was able to be a part of it.I brought my own lunch and dessert while everyone else had there lunch and homemade bread and pie.The child with cd his mother made him a special dessert pumpkin pudding and he had his own homemade bread and lunch. The little boy who has CP can feed himself and does well with all the children.Iam very happy to be a part of this class and I do think it is all how you present it to other children. They all treat each other very nice.I think it is the parents who have the problem not the kids.Kids except you the way you are,no questions asked. I think we all could learn fromk our children, the wave of the future! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! jody oregon icq#22357402
