I'm just now trying out a gluten-free diet. I am underweight and have had a lot of difficulty putting on any weight. This problem and the symtoms of IBS, is what led me to a doctor to begin with. I'm very curious if anyone else out there has this problem or possibly had ths problem before they started their gluten-free regime. Did things change once you started a gluten-free diet?
