A friend gave me this recipe, and we really liked it.  I thought I'd
share.  I'll bet this recipe is in the archives somewhere...

Rice Pizza Crust

3 cups cooked rice (I use Riceland Rice)
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic salt

Mix and press into 12" pizza pan.  Bake @ 450 F for 20 minutes.  Top as
desired and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.  We topped it with
Pastorelli's pizza sauce, cooked bulk Italian sausage, Hormel pepperoni,
and black olives.  It was great!  I hope someone else will enjoy it,
too.
