Rather than giving me candy [and worry about gluten and raising my blood
sugars], my daughter gave me a wonderful new cookbook== WILLLIAMS SONOMA
COOKING FROM THE FARMERS' MARKET.

I have found Williams Sonoma recipes to be excellent, and by the looks
of it, this new cookbook is no exception.  Best of all, most of the
recipes are gluten free!  The few that aren't can easily be adapted.

Is it possible that someone out there is actually listening to us?
