To All In response to eating out and this diet in general.

I eat out very often and find it unpleasant at times, but most always I am
able to eat a meal without limiting it to salad.  I do not worry much (perhaps
I should and this is where my confusion is) about contamination if I have
grilled meats or French Fries.  I just stay away from everything I know I
can't have.  I am not as sensitive as many Celiacs and I never had a reaction
from restaurant food.    I don't worry much about vanilla in custards and some
natural flavorings.

Is there anyone else out there who feels this way?    I was diagnosed in
October and just had my biopsy today.  I am depending on my biopsy results to
tell me if I am following it well.

Any comments...??
