Hi All,
I am new to the list and my family is fairly new to celiac. My son, aged 4+,
was diagnosed about a year ago.

We have understood that white vinegar was fine and "malt" vinegar was not
GF. The note below from Chuck Bolz mentions "cider" vinegar. Is cider
vinegar different than malt vinegar? Can anyone advise as to which are GF???

Thank you in advance. This list has saved us, and our son, from a lot of
frustration and heart ache.
