We've been appalled at the rudeness and self-centeredness of some celiacs.  We
agree with your e-mail on the subject wholeheartedly!

We understand the frustrations of many celiacs, especially those newly
diagnosed, and we know the disappointment in having to give up foods we loved
so dearly prior to our diagnosis.  However, as you have so adequately
indicated, lashing out at manufacturers is not productive.

We hope that your message for more effective communications with companies who
feed us will be understood and incorporated.
