Chocolate Mousse Cake non stick cooking spray 1-8 oz package semisweet chocolate 1/2 cup butter or margarine 6 eggs, separated 1/3 cup sugar 2 tablespoons corn starch confectioner's sugar Spray 9 inch springform pan with cooking spray; dust lightly with additional corn starch. In small saucepan combine chocolate and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, just intil chocolate melts. Pour into large bowl; cool to room temperature. In medium bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Add egg yolks to chocolate mixture; stir until blended. Stir in cornstarch. Gently fold in egg whites until thoroughly blended. Pour into prepared pan. bake in 300 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until set. Run knife around edge. Cool on wire rack. Remove side of pan.
