Dear Listmembers, I have been posting holiday recipes that I thought
everyone would enjoy, without flour.  Unfortunately, I cannot eat many of
them myself as I am lactose intolerant.  I had a post yesterday asking me
if I knew how to make condensed milk from anything like soy milk, etc.
Does anyone have any ideas on this?  Also, is there any lactose free
substitute that anyone knows of for cream cheese?  I will summarize.
