I have DH and am looking for non-fruit GF snacks to have at my desk at
the office.  Let me quickly cover obvious choices and their drawbacks
(only from my point of view):

Candy    - too much chocolate can be bad for you
Popcorn  - too messy
Crackers - contain glutens
Gluten-free rice bars (brand-name escapes me) - too many loosen my
stool
Tortilla chips - too loud, messy, and fatty

I would be grateful if others could provide suggestions or provide a
