Help!!  In my pre-celiac days (since Nov), I was a mean baker.  Cakes,
cookies, you name it.  Now I'm trying the cake, cookie recipes for
celiacs and it's not going well.  I don't like the texture, they fall
apart and the gf flour seems to eat up the spices and they all taste the
same, meaning bland.

Has anyone else had this experience?  More importantly, does anyone have
a solution or do I just stick to flourless recipes.
