July 3, Michelle Carter posted a recipe for these cookies.
I tried them a couple of days ago and they are great!  For an
added treat, place a large spoonful of your favorite GF ice cream
between two of them and place in the freezer for a day or two.
They taste as good as the homemade ice cream sandwiches we
