Hi friends,

This list continues to be an awesome support and wealth of information
to a newly diagnosed celiac.  I am doing pretty well with the diet, but
I need to schedule an appointment with a local dietician or nutritionist
to make sure I am making the best food choices.  I am waiting to get a
local referral and look forward to chatting with someone very soon.

I would appreciate feedback from anyone who has information on how many
calories, fat grams, and especially carbohydrates, protein grams and
sugar I should or can eat daily.
