       HI. I hope that these foods work out well for you.  Did you check
with the manufacturers to make sure that they are processed in GF
conditions?  That was the first thing that I learned at my support group.

I stated that I found rice crackers at the supermarket for one dollar less
a package than at the health food store where they were stated GF.  The
leader said, do you realize that you don't know if the conditions that
those crackers were made under  were GF?  The company had no phone number
or address on the package, so now I stay on the safe side and pay the
dollar more . You can't always go by the ingredients on the label to make
