Hi everyone,
Food & Wine Magazine's April 1998 issue has two recipes that with changing two
ingredients would work for you. Macaroni and Jack cheese (sub rice elbow mac.)
and Cornmeal Crusted chicken ( sub with gf bread crumbs, I use Ener G Foods).
These recipes appear on page 64 in the magazine.  For those of you who can't
have dairy, these both have milk or eggs.
