I am a bit confused about mayo and mustard. Hellman's makes me VERY sick
within 8 hours and French's isn't much better. Am I extra-sensitive to the
ingredients? I always suspect when a product lists  'artificial in-
gredients'. I take those as non-specific and avoid them. There is a 'hot'
mustard (I don't really like it) that seems to have no bad effects.
Any wisdom here?
