There has been some discussion about sleep.
My son who is 24 slept an extraordinary amount of time all his life.  He
could go to sleep at the drop of a hat and could sleep at least 10 hrs. a
night and still wake up feeling tired.
He has been on the diet for 1 yr. now and sleeps only 6 hrs. per night and
does not have the fatigue he used to have. I would say it is definitely the
diet in his case and probably for most people who had a problem with needing
so much sleep.
