Hi,

I seem to remember that someone mentioned they used sweet rice flour as a
substitute for xantham gum. Could someone give me more info on this, I
couldn't find it in the archives. Or is there another substitute?

Also, Bette Hagmans recipes for bread seem to have a lot of egg and milk
powder in it. Is this necessary?

Thank you for your help,

Kiny
