Hello Everyone.  I thought I'd share a recipe with you all.

CHOCOLATE CAKE

3/4 cup soy flour
3/4 cup brown rice flour
2 tsp baking powder GF
2 Tbsp cocoa GF
1 tsp vanilla OPT
2 eggs or egg substitute
1/2 cup canola margerine(melted)
1/2 cup soy or rice milk
1/3 cup liquid glycerine or
2/3 cup sugar

Sift flours and baking powder.  Combine all ingredients and beat for 3
minutes.  Pour into tin and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
