Additionally it will have food analysis (carbohydrate breakdown, etc.) that will greatly enable a Diabetic to properly manage food exchanges. I have no monetary interest in this- just a great interest from a Diabetic/Celiac's point of view. Some preview recipes will be included in"Vegie Life" magazine's upcoming issue.
