        Sometime this summer, Carol Fenster, Ph.D will have a cook book
available called "Special Diet Solutions-Healthy Cooking Without Wheat,
Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Yeast or Refined Sugar." Additionally it will have
food analysis (carbohydrate breakdown, etc.)  that will greatly enable a
Diabetic to properly manage food exchanges.
        I have no monetary interest in this- just a great interest from
a Diabetic/Celiac's point of view. Some preview recipes will be included
in"Vegie Life" magazine's upcoming issue. Those recipes I'm told are gluten-
free. I have not seen them yet.
