Hi Brenda and all--

I wish I could remember the details, but a salesman in my local health food
store once tried to convince me to try a supplement with wheat/barley grass
in it. When I told him I was wheat and gluten allergic (I'm not celiac), he
had quite a long-winded explanation of why I *could* take these pills,
something having to do with the point at which the grain gluten-protein is
formed, having to do with the sprouting/harvest time, etc, etc, etc. Since
he was a salesman, I didn't listen to a word he said, and didn't buy the
product. But maybe someone knowledgeable out there can explain this to us.
(Or maybe the company and the salesman are both clueless as to what they are
talking about! <G>)
