A celiac herself and the mother of a celiac child, Beth is proprietor of the Gluten-Free Pantry, a company that produces excellent ready-to-use mixes for an assortment of gluten-free baked goods from brownies to breads and bagels. She also carries a variety of other products like gluten-free vitamins, bread machines, and more. Before founding the Gluten-Free Pantry, Beth worked as a professional chef and food writer. More recently, she has been especially helpful to the celiac community not only by putting good taste into gluten-free products, but also by speaking out to others about the needs of gluten-sensitive individuals. At the meeting, Beth will talk about gluten-free baking, eating out, whether at restaurants or friends' and relatives' homes, and other topics of interest to members of our group. She will also have a variety of her products on hand to sample and to purchase. So come prepared to listen, ask questions and enjoy some gluten-free treats. And George Will Be There Too!
