<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hi all-just an update for all of the wonderful folks who helped me tame my ri=unaway bread dough-this time I used the recipe from Bwette H's 2nd book for white bread, 1/2 the normal amount of regular yeast (I'm using Saf-Instant) and I didn't proof the yeast first, just added it right in with the dry ingredients. the results ? Yum!!!!!!!!!!! MAny, many thanks to thise of you who helped me eat my first good sandwich in 5 months!
