        Well, I've adjusted my diet now to encompass gluten-free as
opposed to just wheat-free. I've found good cook books and I'm making my
own bread in a bread machine, using rice, soy, potato (is there an e in
potato?), quinoa and buckwheat flours.
        But I'm still have some, though much milder symptoms. I feel
"normal" more frequently and for longer periods, but I'm still
experiencing bloating, diahrrea and abdominal pain occasionally.
        I'm considering lactose intolerance now and eliminating dairy
products, starting today. Since my mother has lactose problems, this is
probabaly a good bet.
        I'll get it yet.
