I expect that I will test negative for Celiac because diarrhea is not
one of my major symptoms, happens only when I eat too much chocolate.
In addition to gluten I can't have coffee (tea is okay), high fructose
corn syrup (natural sugar is okay) and partially cooked baked
potatoes.  My GI specialist is not too interested in my case, what is
H. Pylori and microscopic colitis?  So far I have seen a cardiologist,
neurologist, allergist, internist, dietitian and  an GI specialist.
 
The diet works but I don't know why.
