I have a two year old son recently diagnosed with CD.  It is pretty tough to
take a 2 year old off of pasta, so I purchased "Ancient Harvent Quinoa Pasta"
at a local Health Food Store. The box says "Gluten-Free" right on the front.
Recently, however, I picked up the CELIAC GFDIET info off of the Listserv,
and they list "Quiona" as a grain to avoid.   Is there a typo here and should
my son be avoiding Quinoa, or is there something I don't know about called
Quiona.  If anyone knows, I would appreciate the info.  Thanks.
