<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hi all: I used whole bean flour and brown rice flour about a week ago to make muffins, and let me tell you, they smelled and tasted terrible. I've used brown rice flour before, but never bean flour. Yuk, I was nearly sick when they were cooking, and nearly tossed my muffins:) when I ate one!!!!!
