Hi all:
 
I used whole bean flour and brown rice flour  about a week ago to
make muffins, and let me tell you, they smelled and tasted terrible.
I've used brown rice flour before, but never bean flour.  Yuk, I was
nearly sick when they were cooking, and nearly tossed my muffins:)
when I ate one!!!!!  There must be a trick to it, maybe I used to
much bean flour?  It's very expensive where I live, it's $3.59/kg.
Any suggestions?  Thanks.
