I called their 800 number this morning and the representative said that the formulary was recently changed to reduce the fat in the chicken. However, she said that it is still on their list of gluten free products. She added that they (Campbells) predominantly use either corn or potato starch in their products. She is sending me an updated list of Campbells GF products. Casey
