I am not saying that it was a gluten containing cinnamon. I found a gluten free banana bread ( fruit cake kind of thing ) that was so tasty I was having a couple of slices each evening. The stupid thing was that I checked the ingredients so carefully for gluten ( even though the label stated GF ), that I completely forgot that I am also allergic to cinnamon. So, I just thought I would post a reminder that it seems that if a person is allergic to one thing that there may be a few other obscure or common foods that can be added to the list. I must add, however, that I am speaking as a person who is classed as allergic to gliadin and have not been diagnosed as suffering CD. Kind regards to everyone. I'm learning more each day.
