Fellow Celiacs-
        The thing I'd probably kill most for is a delicious, hot bagel!!!
If only I had known that last one I had was truly my LAST one I would have
savored every bite!   :(
        Has anyone tried making GF bagels?  Is there a good recipe?  Are
there any tricks to getting them to turn out just right? Now the question -
Is lox gluten free? (A good bagel needs lox!)
