The only rice cereals I feel fairly confident are GF are those marketed by ENER-G (800-331-5222). They make a crispy rice cereal & rice nuts. Edible? I guess it partly depends how determined you are to have cereal...but as a former cold cereal addict I think they are ok. Kate
