<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I had some home-made stew with beef, potatoes, onions, & carrots...the usual except my mom used soy flour (from Arrowhead Mills) to dredge the meat in. I was up all night with what seemed like a typical gluten reaction. Could the same symptoms (severe bloating, diarrhea, faintness) be due to soy intolerance? I have never had problems with Arrowhead Mills corn meal or rice flour. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kate in VA
